Hey everyone – not looking ‘put together’ here – but, I just got done with a 50 minute workout (so forgive my au naturele look.)

Just wanted to peek in and say ‘Hi’ and introduce myself a bit more personally. Spring is here and summer is right around the corner. Why don’t we work to invite more movement in our lives by incorporating more activity during our day.

This is not about running hours on end – it is more about walking. Even if it is 10 minutes at a time. Interested – then let’s start!
