Alright – your goal may not be based on nutritional needs. I get that!
Yet, in order to be your highest self – we may need to look at where you are nutritionally. Making changes (even if non-physical) takes work and, your body works best on ‘Real Food’. However, if you are joining this program – I BET that you know this already.
For those of you who don’t – here is a simple ‘primer’ (oh, now I am dating myself) – Real Food is not from a box – but, it is found on the perimeter of the supermarket. Think vegetables, fruits, dairy, fish, and meat. None of the stuff in boxes! The ‘box’ is more nutritious than the stuff inside!!
Feeding your body right has SO many benefits…
- Energy
- Improved hormone regulation
- Lower blood sugar
- Decreased cellular inflammation
- Decreases the chance of Metabolic Syndrome
- OH – it tastes great!
So, let’s analyze your nutritional weakness(es) – think salt / sugar / fat / alcohol – and be honest (this is for your eyes only):

Question 1: What will be easy to give up and why (let’s say for 3 weeks)?

Question 2: What will be a struggle to give up – and why?

Question 3: If I don’t change my eating patterns – (including those things in Question 2) – what will happen to me in the future? And, right now, is that outcome alright and less of a priority (and, it is alright to say that it is, as we don’t need to take on too much). I also hope that you go through this process numerous times.

Now – based off of what you wrote. Do you have a compelling argument to keep you eating on a more healthy level (even when this Jump Start is not about weight loss)?
This is for your energy to make future changes – DON’T SKIP THIS!
